Return & Refund Policy

We have a “no questions asked to return during the time of delivery and refund policy” which designates all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery or within 24 hrs of delivery. If due to some reason our customers are not satisfied with the products delivered. Remember only packaged items are returnable. No loose items are returnable due to hygiene and safety of our customers. We will take the returned product back and issue a credit note to begin the procedure of refund against the returned product within 5 to 6 business days after the store receives it. On successful return, the refund is initiated through the same payment method that was used at the time of placing the order.

Acceptance of returns & refund after delivery is subjected to satisfactory verification by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us via contact methods on the S. S. Group site or app or call on our official number available on the website for any such requests or assistance.

Note: Safety and hygiene measures due to COVID-19, we will not pick up any goods post-delivery. We request all our customers to check the products thoroughly at the time of delivery.
