What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge differs as per the product. You are suggested to check the order summary to understand the delivery charges against individual products.
For products, if the order value is less than Rs. 2000 then delivery charge is applicable. While, for orders of Rs. 2000 or above, the delivery charge is free for pin-codes within 5km from the store.
Why is the delivery date not the same as the delivery timeline?
It is likely that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the stipulated delivery date. So the date of delivery, which is based on the product page timeline, varies.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items according to the time given on the product page but it doesn’t include public holidays and Sundays.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are NO hidden charges when you buy from our store. Delivery charges are not hidden but it depends sometimes on the product.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary?
You must have noticed different estimated delivery times for the product you buy. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, delivery weight etc. Please enter your area pin code on the product page to check product availability.
Product does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your area pin code on the product page and check whether the product selected can be delivered to your location or not.
Whether service be can be provided depends upon,
- Whether we ship to your location.
- Legal restrictions, if any, like containment zones due to pandemic.
- The availability of courier partners in your location.
Courier partners often prefer not to ship in certain locations. This is entirely their decision.
Why in some locations COD is not offered?
Availability of COD depends on courier partner ability. Please enter the area pin code on the product page to check whether COD is available on your location.
In case I return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. We would encourage you to contact us to start a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once initiated.
Wherever possible logistics executives will ease the pick-up of the item. But in an exceptional case, you can return the item via a third-party courier service.
Tags like “In Stock”, “Available” mean?
‘In Stock’: we will mention the delivery time based upon your Pincode and Location. Normally it will take 2-3 business days or may take 4-6 business days. This is applicable for areas where standard courier service is available. For other areas, items are sent through the Indian Postal System. It may take 1-2 weeks as per location given.
‘Available’: the product might not be available in immediate stock, but we can acquire it when an order is placed for the item.
‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’: Items that are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked. The item will be shipped to you on the day it is officially launched and will reach you in stipulated business days.
‘Out of Stock’: It means currently the item is not available for sale.
‘Imported‘: Sometimes, items have to be sourced from outside India. These items are mentioned as ‘Imported’. It takes a minimum of 20 days or more to be delivered to you.
‘Back In Stock Soon’: The item is in demand and is sold out. You can still ‘book’ an order for the product.
‘Temporarily Unavailable‘: It is not available for purchase for the time being. The product could be in stock soon.
‘Permanently Discontinued’: This product is no longer available.
‘Out of Print’: This product is not available, it is no longer being published and has been discontinued.
